How Payments Work

2. Create check User creates a payment check from intents balance (gasless)
3. Send to near.fm User sends check_key to the near.fm API
4. Validate Server peeks check via OutLayer API — verifies token, amount, status
5. Claim & credit Server claims check atomically & credits user in same DB transaction
